During remote learning, our garden coordinator made virtual class visits, sent home activity kits, and hosted weekly open "garden chats" where kids could stay connected with friends from other classes.

Unlike most school gardens, ours is open to students every day at recess and lunch recess, as well as for scheduled class visits.
